If that is all the protein you are using, you definately need to adjust.

List your daily food and supplement routine, starting when you get up. I bet your calories are low, and your protien, carbs, and fats are out of whack.

multi?
high absorbancy b complex?
flaxseed?

now post your diet.........and give us an idea of what your routine is like.
 
This is my diet

meal 1: 7:30 am
-100g oats
-20g honey
-30g whey
-250ml milk

meal 2: (pre workout meal): 10:30am
200g chicken breast
150g of pasta or 100g jasmine rice plus some veggies and sauce

intra workout 11:30-1:00
-2 scoops xtend
-1 scoop storm


meal 3 (post workout meal):1:30
-60g whey protein
-100g oats
-30g honey
-banana

meal 4: 4:30
-200g springwater tuna
-2-4 slices wholemeal/wholegrain bread
-low fat mayo


meal 5: 7:30
-150g steak
-sweet patato and veggies

meal 6: 10:30
-30g casein protein
-250ml milk (can subsitute this for 70g cottage cheese)
-ZMA
 
diet doesnt look too bad-but thats not how your gonna add 10-15 lbs bro. need more cals.

I did not add it up but what does that come to 3-3500 cals? too much protein powder too.

Yeah thats right rougly 3500 cals. Should i eat more carbs or protein or both?

If say I cant take steroids (the strong stuff, dbol, Test etc.), what about anavar just for strenght gains?
 
i promise you man if you tweak your diet and routine for 3 months you can probablyy add the 10lbs you want without sacrificing you HPTA function to do so.

you need more red meat and potatoes, pasta..........what is your BF%?
 
just bare with us.........if you dont like what you see after 3 months during that time you can research and find out the best way to do it. but you have to be honest with yourself about the diet.

if we dont fix your diet you will gain mostly water with aas, and it will go away after cycle.

Maybe after I improve my diet and training for a couple of months could anavar then be an option?

At the moment i think my BF is 25% mostly in the abdominal section.
 
dude why are trying to add 10lbs of muscle when your BF is 25%? AAS should not even be a thought at the moment bro, you have soooooo much to learn.

So your 5'5 160 with 25 percent body fat??? And 21 years old??? And you wanna take aas??? I can picture exactly what you look like in my head and trust me, steroids will not help you out as much as you think they will. You gotta wait and learn man.

25% is pretty high no fucken way its all in your gut either the number is off or your assessment of where your fat is hanging is off.
