Simply The Best!
I dont know how accurate this machine is there, but I gave it a shot since I was there and it was free. heres a pic I took for you guys.
the second coulmn number is 80. sorry the flash blocks it.

Im currently on cycle

Those machines are spastic. If they aren't calibrated monthly they are not accurate and even then who knows

Check it manually. Those machines suck! I have noticed a difference of 15 points compared to manual bp cuffs!

Those machines are not designed for guys with big arms. The cuff size is small which will cause a high bp everytime.

interseting. I was wondering about that thing I had to stick my arm through.
its like a metal tube. getting my forearm through wasnt a problem, but once I got to my bicep there was a bit squeezing in I had to do

Had the same scare and my girlfriend bitched until I went to the Dr. He said small cuff with a big arm shows high bp and large cuff with little arm causes low bp. I ended up being good once he checked it.

Those machines don't work right said I had hypertension, which was definitely not the case. My dad's a physician he says they're bull

those machines are going to show your bp high because of the cuff size..

this doesn't mean you shouldn't get your bp checked by the right cuff size and professional.. i have to use a large adult cuff to get my bp correct or there is a 20-25 point deviation

I just bought a homedics bp monitor. I will try and post a few tests up tomorrow at some point.
I need to practice using this thing cause right now I get a lot of randomness in tests

What's the size of your bicep? What's the size of the cuff

Flexed is 18 1/4 - 18 1/2
I believe with arm extended unflexed its 2 inches less.
I can't measure right now. I'm not home just surfing here on my phone lol

unless that cuff is a large adult cuff (not a regular adult cuff) the reading might be off

The kit I bought came with a standard and a large size.
I have a feeling my bp isn't that bad, but I'm worried bout heart rate. I may reduce the t3 I'm using cause I'm at 100 mcg a day now

Bought one of these for the same reason mate, better safe then sorry. Just have to make sure you've got your arm at the right height (heart hight) otherwise you'll skew the reading and end up a hypocondriac checking and rechecking lol. Mine came back in 140/90 range a few months ago, cut out the sodium and forced myself to drink 5ltrs water a day, now it's steady 120/80 +/- 2 points.

Considering the side effects of the running multipul compounds and the money spent on these compounds over the years, $100 bucks is a cheap investment towards ones health.

I believe the CVS ones are made for 9-13 inch biceps. If I use one of those I stick my forearm in instead lol.

Heres my readings from tests I just did. Keep in mind I didnt Take any T3 today yet.
Im thinking I will back off the t3 to half of what I been doing for a while.
Let me know what you guys think.
