Hi all,
I am 41, have been underweight, thin-boned, sparse bearded (average d*ck, i think
all my adult life. Now add to that recently: easily fatigued, no libido, no endurance, poor mood, etc.
I got tired of it.
I was recently tested, and sure enough, I received a 262 on my T test ("range" was 241 to 827), SHBG 17 (range 13-71) Calc free T 7.1 (range 6.0-27).
My only experience with any steroid substance is a product called microgen from japan. It is a compounded steroid cream that I took for a few months about 10 years ago (no pct).
It was a silly move, but hindsight is 20/20.
I tested for low T about 8 years ago and was in the same range as above. Doctor prescribed Clomid instead of T-gel at the time because I voiced fertility concerns. Clomid raised my T above 500, but he would not prescribe long term.
I am now a proud pappa (but dont want anymore kids), and have a long term legal source for both clomid and .5 Testim gel (perhaps 1.0 in the future) and would like to maximize the benefits of each.
Should I:
1.Take Testim and Clomid concurrently in order to keep a high T-level while maintaining natural T production?
2. Cycle the two, and if so, how?
3. Should I add OTC supplements (e.g. tribulus, dhea. etc)? If so, when?
4. Listen to my GP Dr. and just take the testim. (he's admits he is no expert and is conservative in his medical approach),
btw, i realize that testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is for life
Despite diet and exercise, I am skinny and prematurely frail. I don't want to be huge. I just want to be strong and healthy for my kid.
Any advice is greatly and humbly appreciated.
