Testosterone Enanthate first use

Hi, I have researched and following advice I found earlier from this forum it would appear that a good first cycle would be to use Test by itself as a good base. I have used oral steroids several times in the past and feel happy enough to move onto injectables. I have the product and will be doing a cycle of 250mg per 3.5 days for 6 weeks. I know, or at least made sure my girlfriend knows how to inject the Testosterone into my butt.

I have 12 glasss ampoules of Testosterone Enanthate/Norma containing 250mg as an oily injectable solution. I know how to open the ampoules. My question is: Do I inject the contents of the ampoule or am I supposed to mix the contents of the ampoule with some sort of dilute? If anyone could point me in the direction of some information, or could let me know what I should do I would be truly grateful. If I should mix the solution any advice and measurements would also be appreciated.

You simply draw up whatever is in the ampuole and inject it. Nothing to add.

While it is nice to have a g/f that can help you with your injections, you should also learn how to do them youself. Let her do injections into your glutes, but perhaps you can try doing injections into your vastus lateralis (thighs).

If you have any questions, then please ask. If you want, post up your entire cycle with auxiliaries that you'll have on hand and all that so that we can check it.
 
what are your stats and cycle goals
6weks of enanth is not a very good cycle
also what are you going to be using for pct/ancillaries

training/diet etc
lots of thins need to go inot planning a cycle not just how to inject
 
My stats are 27 years old, 5'10", 205lbs, I don't know bf - not the best but not bad neither.

I know 6 weeks of Enanthate is not great, however, the article I found on the forum several weeks ago (had a look for it but can't find it - I think it was a sticky for a while) recommended a 6 week cycle of test, by itself to see how one reacts to it. My goals are really to see how my body takes injecting and how it reacts to the testosterone. If I find that I have bad reactions I will simply leave well alone. Of course some size/weight gains and strength improvements would be desireable - I am realistic though and believe these to be small on this cycle. My weights routine is a hardgainer workout of 2 sessions per week, one lower body, one lower - deadlifts, leg press, squats, bench press, military press, dips etc. My diet is consuming about 200g of whey protein on training days, 150g on none training days. I am not sure of my exact carb intake, though I seem to be managing ok on my current diet of brown rice and pasta throughout the day. I also bike to work 7.5 miles each way 5 times a week - 20-25mins each - I know this could be deemed detrimental to a hardgainer workout.

As far as ancillaries go, I have some Nolvadex at hand, however, going back to the thread I read, it suggested not using it for the first cycle as some people don't need it and if that is the case, better not to use it.

Blackbeard, or anyone else, if I have made any shortcomings, or appear ignorant please let me know, my reason for writing here is purely to gain knowledge and not to injure myself.

That's great it sounds like your serious about training. But hopefully your diet is in tune. If food was an anabolic than it would be the best.
If I were you bro I would hold off and wait till you have at least 12 weeks worth. Test E kicks in at week 4 so when it's kicking in you will be coming off. In my opinion you could make better gains simply by eating more and more of the right foods. Also watch out for Quad injections if not hit properly they can hurt. Use a 23 gauge and alternate your glutes. You wont feel a thing. Hit the upper outside part of the glute away from any vessels. My first poke I needed someone to show me I wont lie but after that it was a breeze on my own.
Trust me on the 6 weeker it's not worth it. Minimum of 10 and that's kinda weak.
 
Thanks Dlove. That is certainly food for thought. I was originally thinking of simply testing the water, hence the 6 week effort. Perhaps I will see how the first 3 weeks go and then if we are all happy I will get the extra 6 weeks' worth of doses and make it a 12 weeker.

I was also going to just stick to injecting in alternate glutes unless they got too painful and if so move to the quads.

First couple cycles I used a 20 gauge pin and even that didn't hurt. Now using a 23 you won't feel shit. I wish I could get the balls to poke the thighs that way I would run the cycle I want test prop/tren which require ED or EOD shots. The only soreness I get is sometimes the next day my glute is a little sore kinda feels bruised but it's nothing. Good luck with the cycle go for the extra 6 week's and eat like a lion and you will be very happy. Make sure your post cycle therapy (pct) is in check afterwards Clomid/Nolva.
 
Thanks again Dlove. I have just taken my first injection, courtesy of my gf! My needle looked like a 21 gauge. Didn't hurt as much as I thought (didn't really hurt at all) - I used to give blood and that is far more uncomfortable. Now it just feels a little bruised - but nothing really. I think I will document my first cycle and have a few pictures and when I have finished I can stick it on the forum.
 
I wouldnt eat that much protein coming from shakes...i feel like shit if i break 100g from shakes...you want to take in 300+ grams of protein, EVERDAY. Try to get your protein from whole foods and chicken/steak... in the diet section there are some awesome primers that are goal specific, check em out, i found them incredibly useful.
 
If you only have 12 ampoules @250mg/each, then I strongly recommend that you reduce the weekly injection dosage in order to extend you cycle to at least either weeks. You will have better gains with fewer sides.

Let's see now. Injecting one amp every 5 days gives you 350mg/week for just over 8½ weeks. That's a very good first cycle. Injecting every 4.5 days is 388mg/week for 7.7 weeks.

Regardless, take those photos for sure. ;)
 
good question, good answers. I think you'll do well becomingbigger, you're foundation is good and you have you're eye on the final product. a good example for rookie's to look at before asking a uneducated question.

Hey there hmlacrosse - which Test is better in your opinion? I was thinking about Depo-Test, but settling for whatever I can find on my next trip to Beijing and some GH. I don't wanna add my stats to his post, so I'm adding another post now.

i agree most of your protein intake should come from food eaten not drank. You should be taking in a min of 300 grs of protein. I think two shakes a day is plenty. Make sure one of them is PWO. The other substitue where needed to get in another meal.

you have a good idea but I think he should still just stay with the 6 weeks @ 500mg/ew.
