Could Testosterone Enanthate lead to problems like the heart related ones or prostate cancer over time even if it's taken only 100 mg every 10 days or so (TRT) for the rest of one's life alongside medications like Arimidex and Finasteride?

Heart problems, no. Testosterone is actually cardioprotective given multiple new research studies making the old "harmful" information notation invalid.

It can increase PSA or cellular production of the prostate over time. Must be monitored, finestride will decrease cellular production at the earliest stage. DRE are recommended

Quite the opposite. There are serious co-morbidities related to being Hypogonadal, including cardiovascular. If you do TRT just make sure you manage estradiol and your prostate will be fine. Lots of guys also take a low daily dose of cialis for it's protective effects (plus other benefits).

Trt is safe moderate doses and keep blood work up to date make sure progestorone & like megatron said keep estrogen at bay, donate blood every 2 months is a plus..

agreed with all of above, except taking blood out, go by blood work for that one IMO, I have never had to but I may be the exception, could be diet related possibly (only a theory since I do not eat meat)
but you will likely be healthier on hrt if you have low test levels. and as mentioned alot of old studies are flawed and I feel even bias on purpose for fear mongering. .. kind of like "reefer madness"
