TRT / Diet / Supps advice

Hi all. Here it is:

40 yr old on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) (a month now - test at 257), 5'8", 205 mid 20's b/f

Workout:
Run 3 miles M/W/F
Push/Pull Weight Routine Tues/Thur

Diet: 1,585 cals
Protein 170g (46%)
Carbs 100g (27%)
Fat 45g (27%)

****I do this 6 days a week with a seventh having a cheat meal and beers ******
**** Daily meals include 2 protein shakes daily****

Supps:
200 test inject 2xM
2 pumps AndroGel Daily
Multi-Vitamin
Forged Burner (2xd)
USB Labs AP (2xd)
B Complex Vitamin
Fish Oils

Goal:
To get down to 180ish with a 12-15% b/f while adding some qual muscle. Looking for diet, w/o, supplement plan. As of now there are no ai's (not showing any high e signs yet), and dr wants me to stay on current protocol until T is at 1,000 and stabilizes. Then he'll talk other treatments if necessary.

Any and all advice GREATLY appreciated and I can blog this and add photos/progress if needed.

why are you eating 1500 caloreis?? your on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and your wasting it by eating poorly

if possible inject bi-weekly - weekly at most.

Hey all thx for the replies.

@tiredguy - I currently have to go in 2x's a month for inject but, supposedly I am getting approved for self inject so I can begin 100 per week.

@3j's - I thought 1500 +/- with a high protein would be the best approach to burn-off 25 extra lbs I'm luggin around. What do you suggest cal + macros?

I am definitely interested in your service and know of the success of your plans but, I have a bit of a money crunch right now. I should be good to go here soon and on one of your plans within the next 15-20 days or so.

i would do 2000 calories

250g protein
150g carbs
35g fats

Take in at least 2000 calories. Lots of good protein. Cut the carbs. Get strong on the big lifts. Cut all that cardio out. Get strong on the big lifts. (Squats/bench/rows/dips/pull-ups, etc)
