TRT young age 27 (with blood tests)

Whats up fellows.

I have been to a doc recently. Wasn't able to pack weight, felt tired and grouty every day.
Got the blood results and still haven't had the time to get back to the doc to show the results.
I thought I would post it to you guys so you can enlighten my options and have the right questions to my doc!

I am 27y.

Do you think he will go for TRT?

Your total test is very low, it's even below reference range. SHBG is as well. I don't see why he wouldn't.

I don't see e2 (estradiol) on there. Is there a reason for missing this? Maybe look at Progresterone as well. Free T3? TSH is quite high.

yes you need help, possible just some clomid or HCG to see if natural production can be stimulated. did you have trauma to the area or always been low

Hey guys! Thanks for the help!

Here are a few other related results:

ESTRADIOL: 18 pg/mL (11 - 44 pg/mL)
T3: 67.00 ng/dL (60 - 181 ng/dL)
LH: 2.05 mUI/mL (0.57 a 12.07 mUI/mL)
FSH: 1.53 mUI/mL (0.95 a 11.95 mUI/mL)

I haven't ever checked this, so it is first time. All is new to me.

get back to the doc so you can begin a treatment plan

Coincidently I managed to get an appointment this afternoon!
Lets see how it goes!
I will get back with his plan.

Do you guys recommend anything I should know in advance if he suggests any kind of treatment?
I mean, he can suggest Androgel or Injections and give me the option, which one should I go for?
I am lost!!!!

if you dont have kids gels are fine, only down side is the rutine of application and the risk of cross contamination, but they dont mess with Blood and Cholesterol like injections do
Start anywhere he recommends and discover what works, topical gels absorb through the skin and that may lead to high estrogen if you have a high body fat level, so apply it to a muscular area like shoulders and biceps

skip the pellets they hurt and you get a scar for every time they do it

Gels or Shots

Yeah, your T is definitely low. Your T3 is on the lower side. Additionally, I would like to see your cortisol around 15. That is if you tested in the AM. Having cortisol on that lower end of the spectrum could be another reason why you are feeling shitty (Adrenal Fatigue). However, your test level is really low. I felt terrible with my total T at 300 so I can imagine how you feel. As for options, definitely go with injections. Gels/creams cause too many issues with aromatization to estrogen and are a pain to rub on yourself each day. Injections you can do once or twice per week and it makes my estrogen easier to control. On top of that, I rarely see Gels raise test levels to the level that I want. Meaning, your doctor would be cool with you hitting a 400-500 because that is in the middle of the range. They never look at the range relative to your age. Well, if he doesn't want to work with you on this, you always have the IMT guys here that can get you dialed in. Good luck.

Hey guys! Just an update.
So have been to the doc last night.

He analyzed everything and agreed of course there is something wrong. Only cause we could find was the fact that I lost 10kg of weight (roughly 8kg fat 2kg lbm) in a short period of 3 months due to extreme exercise routines and dieting.

We prescribed a Nebido 4ml shot to bring T levels back to normal scales then 6 weeks later we wants another hormonal panel to see how it goes and begin treatment to stimulate self production again.

Sounds like a plan to you guys?

I always thought going TRT would suppress your natural levels even further...
