Both Thaiger and Munsterlabs are Thai UGLs, although Thaiger is registered in HK.
Thaiger has a very good reputation, check the serials on their website and if they are verified then you're GTG.
I would be more cautious with Munsterlabs. They have a great, fancy package but I've tested their injectable Primo and it turned out to be Eq. So even if your bottle is a genuine Munsterlab product nothing guarantee that the tabs are real oxandrolone.
