I never done Winnie before. What is the longest time advised to use Winstrol during a cycle. Eight weeks right and no longer?

I used it orally my last cycle last 6 wks, had great results from it and it was Z's, just didn't like the leg cramps at night and the tight shoulders that come with the whinny!
