get some eggs.. 5 or 6 .. .. cock them .. dont cock them til they get too hard,, .. let stay lean a bit.. put in cold water in about 20 min.. peel them.. put the egg white in the mixer.. give the yello to some one you hate .. put some low fat milk on the eggs.. mix for 2 min .. let settle..
it will stink a bit.. BUT its the greatest protein shake ever.. try it at night instead of a meal.. in the morning when you wake up your muscels will be pumped ..
