Hey guys, just wanted to let yall know im new here and have been really impressed with the info i have seen. I have been lifting for close to four years now, and im 21 at the moment, bout to be 22 in three days . Im currently hovering around 195-200 pounds, 6' tall. Ive hit a platue recently and havent noticed any increases in strength or size in the last several months. I have been seriously considering anabolics for some time now, but I want to make sure it is the right thing for me. So i spend my days just lurking on the forum trying to inform myself as much as possible before i make my decision. But before I do make the decision to use anabolics i am determined to make an all out attempt at making gains and reducing bodyfat while staying naturall. I currently workout four days a week, but I plan on upping it to five days a week and also keeping my diet clean, while taking in much larger quantities of protein and calories. Recently I have been slacking with my diet, but before I could eat fatty foods and still have a low bodyfat percentage. As I have been getting older I have noticed that eating unhealthy has been having a stronger impact on my bodyfat, and i see my body slowly starting to slip. So anyways, that was just a breif description of my predicament, and once again I would like to thank all you guys for making this such a kickass forum
