The Psychology of Bodybuilding (Frustration)

Do you feel inadequate somedays, other not? Do you feel small even though your stats add up? After all your training you still feel like your getting nowhere?

Bigorexia, Muscle Dymorphia, whatever you want to call it, does it affect you? I know it affects me and its a pain in the ass!

I go to the gym some days feeling a million dollars and other feeling I am getting no where. I try to channel that's frustration into my training and diet to push myself even harder.

I was just wondering how many of you can honestly say this doesn't affect you and if it does have to found that certain things encourage your mind into reality?
