The rookie (need advice)

Hello 3j how's it going, I've been posting up on another subject that I want to get bigger and rip. They told to come to you. So hers the story I've been lifting off and on eating whatever but have no better results. So a freind at the gym said to try some tren(pill form) not too much he said and to start a diet and a workout system. I'm 5'11. 180lbs. I don't know my body fat, at this time I eat what ever and workout is none right now. My metabolism is quick though if I get on a bike I'll lose ten pounds in 2 weeks. So that's how body is. What do you recomend 3j? And T Thanks for your help.
 
To make it easier for him and get your answers more quickly read his sticky. Post up your BMR and TDEE (described in the sticky)

Post your height/weight/physical activity (if any) and your sample diet with macros.

The sticky describes all of this and how to get the numbers
 
Im5'11. I'm 180lbs. I dont exercise at this time and I don't know my bodyfat. I'm not fat and not skinny I have a fast metablolism. I just don't know my stats. I'll see if I can post some pictures of me.
 
id like to know more about this tren pill. There are some prohormones that have tren in the name like tren extreme, and then there is real trenbolone which only comes in injectable form, and then there is something called oral tren (methyltrienolone) which is highly toxic and i wouldnt even think about messing with that stuff.

Which one are you talking about?
 
Well the my freind is taking is trenxtreme.A pill form. My other freind was in the same boat Im in, he started using it then you could really see the diffrence within 3 weeks.Thats I was asking if I could do it too.But Im a little more of a wuss in this aspect I wont lie. There is a pill form an a injection.Methyltrienolone is very toxic if you dont know what your doing but thats just too much.All I want is a boost just a little but a good diet.The stuff they show here on the top right hand side M-tren75 I dont know what that is does anyone know.And my freind gets trenx really cheap.
 
You should really get your diet and exercise in check and have a good routine before you go worrying about supps to take, your cheating your bodies natural ability, you should really check out 3j's sticky and talk to him, I did and my bf% has dropped about 1% my arms have grown 3/4" my belly is down 1 3/8" all in a month. diet is gonna be your biggest thing. You can take anything you want but without a good diet and exercise routine your just wasting your money brother. good luck
 
posting up a picture for bf estimate is a good way to go.. if you have a gym that can do pinch tests that would be better
 
also, to give me an idea of what your diet has been looking like.. dont change anything for the next two days and keep a log of everything you've eaten... including times.. and portions
