Ladies and Gentlemen of Steroidology,

Let me say this is my resurrection and I am going to be back to journaling thanks to the good people at Primordial Performance and namely Matt Porter. They have been so kind as to hook me up with their Andro Hard Product for 8 weeks. I will give you a little break down and probably be posting every two days or so to keep everyone up to date.

I have been involved in the steroid game now for about five years. I am coming off a cruise and am going to be running 500mg/wk of Test and the Andro Hard as how Matt would like me to run it.

I am currently 255lbs at about 12% bodyfat at 6'4". I work way to much, want to work less and make more money, and enjoy my personal time a little more. My background is in both powerlifting and bodybuilding and right now I am pretty much sticking with heavy compound movements and adding in additional volume. My plan is to pretty much keep all things the same and let the drugs to their work.

Please shoot me all the questions you can think of on this thread. I wanted to get this thread started and let it take it's own form. I am an open book and I would be happy to be as open and honest as possible.
 
Matt and I set up everything for the product to get to me, so we should be rolling here by next week. I think we are going to do some blood spot testing as well to prove the effectiveness of the product.

Also, I have some pre existing gyno from a cycle a few years back, so hopefully this DHT derived product will allow me to have a little bit of reversal of the issue.

Additionally, I am going to give my honest opinion about their Free Handbook. I think it's a cool idea to help people maximize their results because most people don't know how to eat or train.
 
Hoping that this is really going to get me back on the bandwagon with my dieting, training, and lifestyle. Note: it has not been bad, but it could be better.

Blood testing will be AWESOME --- I would like to see 5a diol levels and DHT 8 hrs or so after ingestion

Quick post for today...

Trained upper back today:

Pull Downs 4 sets
One Arm DB Rows 2 sets
Bent Over Rows 3 sets
Hammer Strength Hi-Lo 3 sets
15 minutes of easy walking on treadmill

*I like the train upper back with some decent volume and get a good pump.
 
This is the tentative training split going forward, this is dependent on work schedule, etc...

Sunday: Bench, Accessory Chest
Monday: Shoulders, Tris
Wednesday: Upper Back, Biceps (depending on how BB I feel that day)
Friday: Squat, Posterior Chain movement

The only thing that is set in stone (unless I am out of town) is Sunday. I bench with a crew of guys that I love training with.

AndroHard showed up today. Damn does this stuff look legit. I am soo impressed by how awesome it looks and the shipping time was very reasonable.

I checked out the workout and diet plan provided and it's basic but very reasonable and worth looking at. I am excited to get all this going.

I am going I be at a maintenance for this run. I think it will give us a good idea of how the drug works. Additionally, I am going I do everything in my power to increase my normal daily activity a bit, so my BME is a bit higher. Should help me get a little leaner and be a bit healthier too.
 
Training today:
DB Shoulder Press 75x8, 85x8, 100x10*max effort rep set
Seated Shoulder Press half the stack 2x15
Side Raises 30'sx15, 35'sx15

Incline Skull Crusher 70x20, 90x15
Pushdowns 2x15 (hard pause at bottom)
Seated Machine Dip half the stack 2x15

Felt really good today. Trained during lunch. Diet was really clean today.

Appreciate the feedback as we take special interest in professional 'non-cheesy' packaging. We want these expensive hormones to be represented perfectly.

I made the diets and training programs and wanted to keep things very basic and somewhat easy to abide by.

And it's just that. Packaging looks like something you would see with any of the HUGE companies out there. Which is impressive because you guys obviously do not have overhead like MuscleTech.

The diet and training is just that, eat clean, train hard, and get results.
