Donate blood, take fish oil, baby aspirin and get your RBC checked a couple times a year. Steroids increase the amount of blood your body produces so you have to get rid of it by donating and take thinners if it becomes a problem
Iam having problem with my blood when I use steroids. it get thick blood and my feet are numb, burn and hert very much. I have problems walking and when I wake up in the morning my hands are also numb. Is there anything I can take or should I stop usage....thanks
you can die from stroke and other issues with this.
If I had any of these issues I would not do ANY cycles.
I have NEVER given blood other than for blood test and my RBC and hemo (thick blood) is fine. even just after cycle Doc said Im gtg.
if you have blood issues you need to sort that out and Im sure diet can fix alot of it in most cases.

Actually, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) has caused more and more cases of high hemo and RBC. You're on gear forever. 24% of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) patients end up with polycythemia in the first year.
I think my 8 week blast through my numbers over this summer. I didn't realize it was high until my 6 month check up, 3 months later. I'll need to donate blood at least 3 times every 60 days to get back to normal. I'm in the high safe zone after my last blood work.
Interestingly, I read an Harvard study that said no testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) induced polycythemia has ever caused a stroke or major issue. I can't find the article, but it was published.
I got my blood checked and also my circulation of blood in my legs and all is well. So I guess its the apl that gives me sore feet because the doc didn,t know why....Thanks again guys for the info
