do some research. waist wraps for the sauna have been around forever. true they dont decrease FAT like some claim, but they have been shown to decrease INCHES. wasnt that the point??? he said hes not gaining fat. its obviously not a quick fix, but it seems people do use it to help. my 2 cents. not like it costs you anything to try

No, they haven't. That shit doesn't work. The only time they appear to work is people mistakenly thinking they are working because they've lost waist size due to calorie deficit, etc, and retardedly attributing it to waist wraps.
Remember that one time when spot reduction didn't work? Yeah, that's because it doesn't work. I don't care how tight you wrap something around that spot, it won't change anything.
