A new Ostarine log

Day 19

Carb loading in the UD2 protocol :blue:

Yesterday, Intensity workout. Nothing special except a big fail on the bench. Normally 2x8x240lbs, but realized 7x240 and 5x240lbs :confused:
However, easier with the inclined bench ?

Concerning weight and waist, will see on sunday morning
 
Day 21

Sunday morning :
Weight : 198.5lbs
==> - 6.5lbs since 5 weeks (beginning of UD2 protocol)
==> - 1.5lbs since 3 weeks (w/Ostarine)

Waist : 34"8 (-1"8)

Even if I don't feel any difference in term of strength or endurance, it's clear now that I really lost fat without muscle (I would say I even gain some muscle).
Big loss for waist without decreasing my weight a lot. It's a good sign !

I can say now that Osta do work :eek:

My very heavy workouts are a bit easier than usual but workouts with long sets (15/20 reps) are always difficult for me (I'm not a specialist in endurance and I really prefer intensity and heavy)

I feel ya man, the UD2 really killed me with the depletion workouts....
So you think the Osta is helping you stave off muscle loss? Like do you feel like you can workout longer? (I mean you went down in strength it seems, but you still managed to get some good recomping effects)
 
No, absolutely no help from Osta to workout longer (for me).

But, even if I'm cutting, I'm a bit stronger each week (it's easier for me to do heavy workouts than depletion workouts).
