Think I pulled something in my right shoulder blade area?

How do I stretch this area? I stretch my lower back, and my delts. But I dunno how to stretch my upper back area.

I just took a soma and if it works then it is a muscle strain of some sort. It hurts a little below my right shoulder blade. And I can feel it a little when I breathe.

I started feeling this about a week ago, but when I woke up today it was more intense. This sucks cause I am on my 3rd day of my first cycle.
 
try bringing the arm across the chest, using your other arm to pull it as tight to the chest as possible. Then, hold your arm straight and use your other one to pull it as far across your chest as possible. Do this one both pronated and supinated. This will help to stretch out the spinatus muscles and the rhomboids, which is where it sounds like you're describing the pain.
 
If you want to stretch your rhomboids, in between your scapulae, then put your hands together as if you were to pray with your forearms parallel to the floor, then round your shoulders and lean forward.
