Thinking of running AH/AL.

I'm thinking of doing a 4 week run of AH/AL, it will be early/late September at the earliest when I run it due to various reasons. I'm just trying to plan ahead some now for what I'm going to need. For post cycle therapy (pct) Testosterone Recovery Stack + bulk DAA would be ok from what I'm reading?

Stats are around:
6' 3"
23 years old
240lbs
20ish% BF (One of the reasons on wanting to wait is I want to drop this some more before running AH/AL)
Lifting is typically a 4 day split. Lift Mon/Tues and Thurs/Fri.

I'm hoping to drop % and weight while maintain/increase strength. (Who isn't right?) Realistically I'm looking for a drop of 2-3lbs a week, and a 2-3% BF overall.

Supps I plan on running:
CL Orange Triad
White Flood pre lifting in afternoon
Green Mag
Xtend pre PT in morning
Protein
CL Reduction PM or 3Z (I have a hard time getting to sleep)

Main thing I'm worried about is lethargy. Seems Andromass is what is causing this, not AH or AL, but with PT in the morning and I'm already not a morning person, I really don't need any more lethargy to kick in.

I know the reps are going to look this over so I'm wondering what your thoughts are on post cycle therapy (pct) and expectations? Or any other thoughts?

I'm hearing mixed reviews on AH/AL and I really like to try products myself so well see what happens. Also I know 23 years old is toward the lower end of the spectrum for PH/AAS, I know the risks but I want to run it. Also there will be a log here just to try and keep me on track and as a review for other people.

*Edit*
Realized a couple key things I left out.

Dosage: 3hard/3lean in morning and 3 each again pre-bed.

I calculated my TDEE around 3500cals. I'm going to try and keep to 2000-2500 cals per day with 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carb.

PCT we recommend our TRS< I would throw in a low-dose SERM personally. As far as lethargy, it shouldn't be an issue and really it isn't something that is going to debilitate you anyway. Have you placed your order yet? I can offer you a discount for logging it just shoot me a PM.

AL and AH give me great energy, especially in the gym. Andromass I haven't tried yet (soon, after my AH/AL cycle and a few weeks), but I have seen the lethargy.

Im a fan of Tcf-1 and would add that to my pct. Imo the best test booster available. I can offer you a discount for logging it just shoot me a PM.

I already picked it up. It was around 99 for the hard and 59 for the lean plus an extra 15% off. Figured it was a pretty good deal so I picked it up. I plan on logging it either way.

Thanks for the feedback though, I'll look into a SERM for it. Any advice based on what you've seen people running with Hard/Lean?

And as for the TCF-1, is there a huge difference between that and DAA? Disregarding taste and solubility?

With hard/lean typically our TRS, I would add in a low dose SERM (Toremifene). As far as the DAA, I find the TCF-1 to be of better quality than the bulk and had better results with it I also like Testforce2

Hopefully he does! Good suggestion on the PCT too!

I'm definitely going to log it. Never done a log before online and it looks like a funnier/better way to keep track of what's going on besides just my workout journal. I keep up with. Like I said though it'll be September sometime before I kick it off. Looking like maybe early September. I wanna get the most from this and give it a fair shake, and given that I started a new job, moved to a new place, and still getting settled in I just feel like this and next month won't be great times to do that.

Thanks for all the advice though, I'm definitely still lurking around sorting it out.

Logs are definitely a good way to be held accountable for results and also to make some internet buddies lol :goof:
