Thinking of starting a cycle

Been training for about seven years now, routine consists of morning cardio + afternoon lifting, 6 meals a day carbs only in morning/ pre/ post workout meals, try to get in about 330g protein/ day. have done several ph cycles (halotest25, beastdrol, trenazone, rpn havoc) and after researching thoroughly i have decided i want to move on to something more serious perhaps run a cycle of tren, not sure where exactly to begin.

Don't start with tren. Research test e or c first cycles. Read up on A.I.s, and post cycle therapy (pct) (when to start and stop both as it relates to your cycle). Once you do that you will easily be squared away for your first cycle. Other things that come up at that point would be minor, but it will help you formulate a better question in regards to first cycles.

Many here (*cough* me) don't want to write out a first cycle because if you type in the search box "first cycle" you will easily have all the answers you need. Not to mention the stickies. You're more likely to get better answers and help when you write out a question that shows you have been reading.

For example as long as I'm rambling. Look at what you wrote about your diet. It's meh at best. Now if you came in here and listed exactly what you eat for each meal, along with whatever support supps (BCAAs, etc etc etc) you are taking, then it would look a lot better.

Also you can't say you have researched thoroughly or heavily then turn around and say I'm thinking of starting with tren and don't know where to start. That would negate your first statement.

U should research Test E only cycles using the search bar up top. Read the stickies as well. Tren is not a good first cycle at all
 
So start reading the stickies, about beginner cycles, and PCTs, and SARMs, and SERMs, and everything you ever wanted to ask a question about. Cause its literally 5 centimeters above your thread..
 
First cycle run either test e or cyp for 10-12 weeks (cyp 10 e 12) ...Id go with e. Use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) .5 every other day to help with any potential gyno and bloat. Prob use Hcg for the boys just to be safe, and use nolva or clomid for PCT...why dont people search this stuff? Thats what i would run. Only test as a first cycle since itll be your base for each cycle you run after you need to understand how your body will react to it. From there eat, sleep, and train hard.
