Thu-Back/Bi
Sat-Legs


im thinking of switching it up to Iron Addict training of.......

Day one, week one

Dips 3 x 10
Incline Bench Press 3 x 6
Lateral Raise 4 x 10
Laying Tricep Extensions 3 x 8-10

Day two, week one

Wide Grip Pull-Down/Up 3 x 8
Chest Supported Row, or Barbell Row 3 x 8-10
Barbell Curl 3 x 10
Resistance Abs 3 x 10

Day three, week one

Squat 3 x 6-10
Leg Press 2 x 15
Good-Morning or Stiff-Legged Deadlift 2 x 8
Calf Raise RP 2 x 15/30






Day one, week two

Bench Press 3 x 6-10
Incline DB Press 2 x 10-12
Military Press 3 x 10
Tricep Pus-Downs 3 x 8-10

Day two, week two

Supinated Grip Pull-Down/Up 4 x 8
Dumbbell Row 3 x 10
Dumbbell Curl 3 x 8
Reverse Curl 2 x 10
Hanging Leg Raises

Day three, week two

Deadlift 1 x 8
Safety Squat, or hack squat, 2 x 6-10
Glute/Ham Raise 3 x 8
Leg Press Calf Raise



Now my concern is if I lift HEAVY on all sets will it be suffecient for building the size I want im also currently on a cycle of

Test 750mg EW
TrenA 75mg EOD

I would just like to try something different and never tried the PL way .
 
i woulkdnt call that a PL routine but there are plenty of reps in there with the core lifts in order for you to gain size as well as strength..

I would consider that routine a "real world" bodybuilding routine..something the majority of people should be using
 
Sounds good I know its full of core lifts and will definatley help with strength gains which will corelate to " You gotta lift BIG, to get BIG" I just didnt want to try something and it not work then I would have wasted my time.
 
I think that routine looks pretty good, however , if yours is working and you are currently on cycle, i wouldn't bother swapping.

Wait until your cycle is over, so you can fuck around with the new routine. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get your numbers all sorted out

how you waste your time if it dont work? you still gained knowledge. you think everything i tried worked for me? =0l

Do you believe that that routine will be suffecient for putting on mass while on anabolics? Of course if propper nutrition and rest etc.. are all in place.
 
like any other routine it will need tweaking from time to time. give it 4-6 weeks then try one of the powerlifting variations. if you need any help setting something up jes ask.
 
Yesterday I did

Day two, week one

Wide Grip Pull-Down/Up 3 x 8
Chest Supported Row, or Barbell Row 3 x 8-10
Barbell Curl 3 x 10
Resistance Abs 3 x 10

And let me tell you it kicked my ass, my arms and back had a great pump. Not a lot of sets but it did a great job.
