Third Gyno Procedure, need thoughts on final outcome or am I chasing my tail?

So to make along story short I got gyno from a cycle about 2 years ago. The tissue build up got so big and hardened that it stretched my nipples out and made them "puffy" and they had a hard "gumball" feeling object behind them. The first procedure I went through, was to cut away the excess tissue through an incision. That solved the tissue situation, except about a month after the surgery my nipples popped back out and became puffy again. My surgeon then came to the conclusion that my aurela was so stretched out from the tissue that was there before from the gyno, that it was too weak to hold back any of the blood or little fat in my chest. So we then went through an aurela reduction procedure to make my aurela tighter by cutting away from the diameter of it and stretching it out. About a month after that surgery, my nipples puffed out again, but not as bad as I initially had it. I am still a little bit unsatisfied and so is my surgeon. So now he is recommending that I get lipo (free of charge) to suck away any of the bad fat behind the aurela that might possibly be making them puff out. The crazy part, is that when my nipples are hard, they look perfect! So I guess my question to any of you guys out there that had experience with lipo or gyno, is this really going to cure my issue or am I just going to end up with puffy nipples again?

Can we see some pics of before and after surgeries? I also constantly battle gyno and am curious to see...

Sorry for the late response, but there's the pics. I'm not a fat guy at all, so I don't know what's puffing them out, whether its fat or blood. But they're squishy when you push on them, no more tissue. So I'm really wondering if lipo is now the final key. Thoughts? Oh and btw here is when they are hard, and like i said they look perfect and so does the shape of my lower chest. View attachment 550843
