This is me(vid) and i want to stop juicing

Its been many years since ive been on a anabolic forum. Im 30 been juicing for off and on for 10 years. You'd think id be super huge, but im not. Ive kept a log book.

1999

5'7, 138lbs

135 bench press
225 squat(partials if i remember correctly)
185 deadlift

2011

5'8, 176lbs (done starting strength, doggcrapp and 3x5 routines numerously)

245 bench
315 squats just under parallel, no ass to heels
315 deadlifts
biceps@ 16 inches usually, sorry i dont measure anything else usually

As you can see im no monster. I dont think its in my genetic disposition. My workouts are usually 95% right and my diet is 75% right. Working out is the easier part, dieting is a bitch. Overall, im satisfied with my results so far. My main goal is to be 190lbs natural. Which brings me to my final questions. Is it possible to have my metabolic setpoint near 190lbs? I really feel i want to stop juicing altogether. Ive also been blasting and bridging with test for 2 years. What kinda post cycle therapy (pct) would u recommend, please be specific. Ill glady reply to any questions. Thanks

dont wanna dawg u man but ur diet deff has to be off or something...specially cycling for like 10 years. you got to get that down man!

and for a shorter guy you should be way thicker and broader. its easier for shorter guys to get thick dude...jus get the diet down ...eat eat eat.
 
That's one of the weirdest videos I have ever seen of someone flexing or whatever the fuck your doing. I would def stop aas all together if I were u too Cus just from that video I can tell you only care about your arms. What r we suppose to see in a video of u flexing with a golf shirt and black jeans on?? I'm pissed I just wasted 30 seconds of my life watching that.
 
diet is the most important tool of all. Your has def messed up your cycles...10 years bro and you should be way bigger

ya bro...you should just quit juicing...I just watched that video....in 10years thats all you got??? I had that training naturally....You obviously dont know what your doing. If your going to keep going then you need to stay on this site and learn as much as possible....SERIOUSLY!

I'm sorry if I'm being a dick man but uve been on shit for ten years and your 176 pounds? U shouldn't have done anything at all being that light. And not to mention the trouble your going to have getting back to normal when u stop. I wish u the best of luck but damn
 
There were years when i wasnt even on. I was just generalizing the last 10 years. Like i said "off and on for 10 years". im 5'8, ive never wanted to be a competitor. 190 is my goal, but yes nontheless my training couldve been better. My vid was done in jest, im not gonna strip down to my briefs

Ok bro...this is what you do....research this site, formulate a plan...a good plan, and start a thread and we will be glad to give you advice...but dont come with some 8 week tren cycle or you will get flamed lol

and get to the diet section of this forum...your diet shouldnt be 75%...it should be 90% and your training should be 10%!!! Its what you do outside the gym thats going to make a huge difference...and lay off the booze...that will keep you little

middle of week 8 bro!!! But I lost my abs from eating so much...and my appetite...food is fuckin nasty!!! But fuck abs....IM JACKED!!! lol

P.s. And the ladies have no complaints :) Just got asked for my number from a powerlifter chick that squats more than me last mon...we have a "training" session on fri...hahaha
