this ok for first cycle

29y/o 215 6'1" 18%bf

My first cycle will consist of ts 400/ml. I am trying to decide if I can do 2 pins a week for my 400. monday morning and thursday night or If I need to do 3 pins a week and m/w/f at .3/.3/.4. the ts-400 contains the following:
test decanoate 200mg
test isocaproate 30mg
test phenylpropionate 40mg
test propionate 30mg
test cypionate 50mg
test enanthate 50mg
I will also have arimidex on hand as Aromatase inhibitor (AI)
My post cycle therapy (pct) will consist of novla 40/40/20/20
this is what I have so how many pins per week is what I need to know

2 shots per week of .5 ml or 200 mgs. of test each will be fine. Most of the test in your mixture is long ester (slow release) so there is no need to inject more than 2x per week.

anytime there's prop in my test mixtures i run it eod... my first ever test cycle was sust, i love sust... and it was hammered into my head to run it eod.. causes better and more stable blood levels...

but in a sense its splitting hairs.. u can still run it 2 shots a week... as trevdog has stated

Especially with the blend he's running.

Sust was made with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in mind. One inject every 3-4 weeks. When one ester loses its half-life/effectiveness the next picks up.... So just treat it as a longer estered Test like C or E.

1-2 injects per week will sustain stable enough levels.
