So 1st of all, thanks for the advise I got on my 1st post here, it just reconfirmed my thoughts. Now I would like some advice on what y'all think I should do for this next cycle.(this is my 6th). These are my stats again. 45yrs, 6'0, 240lbs( I'm in the process of dropping some lbs) t level in mid to upper 600's, that's what 1c of cyp every 2 weeks keeps it at(I'm on trt). So I would like to start blasting in about a month. By the way last cycle was over a yr ago. This is what I have ( cyp; sus 270; tren a; eq). I have ran all of these compounds before. So if u had this, how would u run it ?
 
I would pic either a test/ tren cycle or a test/ EQ cycle.

If youre dropping pounds this cycle, 8 weeks or so of tren would be a good choice.
I've never run EQ because of it's tendency to raise RBC's
 
Let's say you run test/tren, what dose? Also how much weight u wanna lose? What's your ideal body weight?
Also what's your diet and training gonna look like?
For example I intend on doing tren 100mg eod along with test 600 and deca 600 (deca undecided)
Diet will be maintenance as I want to keep weight up but try to lose about 5ish lbs of gut fat hiding my abs.
Training will be 3js reverse pyramid and cardio 2-3 times a wk and mountain biking once a week.
 
So what I was thinking about was sust 270/tren a
M/W/F at a minimum of 12 weeks maybe 14. So that would be 810mg sust and 300mg tren a week. Weight I want to loose is more like 20ish not 5ish. I will be training M/T/TH/ than either fri/sat/sun which ever is convenient. 1 muscle group per week, meaning chest mon, arms tues, back thur, legs either f/sat/sun. Cardio is actually biking. Road and mountain bike, I'm at about 40 miles a week. Hope this helps. Anymore info needed just ask. Thanks. Oh I think u asked me about what weight I wanted to get to. Well I looked and felt my best at 215-218 lbs. I'm at 240 right now.

That test and tren ratio should work very well... I'm not sure if you've ran tren before?

My first tren cycle was similar in ratios except it was an enanthate... and later found much better results by flip-flopping the dose... which I do not
suggest doing unless you know how your body reacts to tren?

I alternate my tren ratios every few cycles and both work very well as long as keep one low while raising the other.

If the tren goes up... test comes down.
If the test goes up... tren comes down.

When it comes to trenbolone and testosterone - they are both fighting for the same receptor - the androgen receptor...
so there isn't a need for both to be does very high... there are also two kinds of schools when it comes to multiple
compounds fighting for the same receptor... some follow it - and some don't... I've found my body responds better by
following the rule.

Having said all that... I would run the ratios as you have listed... because high levels of trenbolone with take a hit
on your cardio... such as the 40 mile bike ride.

OP: with the mix you have available to you, the main question would be, do you wish to run a short or a long cycle?

For a short cycle I'd run the Cyp with the Tren over say 8-10 weeks...
For a longer run you could run the Cyp with the Eq over 14-16 weeks...
I'm not a fan of Sustanon due to it's multiple esters and the difficulties it brings with estradiol management.

Both cycles would tighten you up, both cycles would lower bodyfat.
It goes without saying that both cycles require a nailed down diet!
I would also prefer you to lower that bodyfat somewhat before even starting your cycle.

The Eq option would require blood donations before during and after your cycle, the Tren Ace cycle would involve more pins per week.

Equipoise would ENHANCE cardio - Tren would RESTRICT cardio.

Personal choice brother!

I'm ahead of the game at this stage T - so no hideous cravings just yet - haven't even added in the dreaded CV yet!

Watch this space though - as I'm lethal with a rice cake from 20 feet!
 
Thanks for the help men. The more I think about my options I'm limited to the the sust/tren route. The cyp is for my trt and I wouldn't have enough on hand to complete 12 weeks. What do u think about the sust/tren cycle eod with a cc of cyp thrown in each week. Would that be stupid ?
