those who have over come lagging pecs!

yea starting to really focus on keeping shoulders back and working the chest. Been switching my routine up each week, and still getting sore after my workouts!

Gonna try the neck press next week, probably on the smith to get the hang of it
 
need to get this chest up help! im gonna start doing less volume/high intensity, doing blood and guts routine that i started last week. hopefully this will spark some growth, maybe its just over trained?

i think its a combo of ego, not always keeping strict form, and too much volume. alls i know is i just want a big chest

everything else is pretty solid, except maybe traps and back thickness.. heres a more recent pic taken a few months ago...
 
i understand big man, a buddy of mine i work out with is always fucking with me about hoe small my chest is, i know its pretty small and i work chest harder than anything else! i kill it because i feel like it isnt proportional to thhe rest of my body, it looks good in a shirt but not out, pisses me off

Lots of push ups did damn good for putting mass on my pecs, hurting for strength but worked for size

yea ive read a routine that suggests 100 pushups a day, doesnt matter how many at a time just do 100 a day. never tried it though
 
man chest will not grow without legs and core welcome deadlifts and squats and hello chest size period fuck who says diffrent

Duno about only 100 a day, that's only 2 sets for me. I like doing 4-5. Squats forsure, can't say anything about the deads though too lazy to do them myself

im hoping doing all of the above will get them growing. just frustrating being a pretty big guy, but with a small chest!
 
Hey man, can you post a 'typical' chest workout that you would do?

Well before starting dorians blood and guts this week it would be 4 exercises for 4 sets roughly. Would always have a couple presses db and bb, a fly or cable, dips and sometimes pushups to finish. So anywhere from say 15 to 20 sets. Now I'm gonna do a lot less though
