The Ring Bearer
Weather it be wanted or unwanted a large function of this Board/Forum is to educate the uneducated or novice.
It would seem that there is a reoccuring theme of Noob Questions. Most of the answers revolve around
1 You are too young
2 DBOL is not the answer
3 Learn about PCT
Etc.
I know that there are stickies that reflect many of the answers however the noobs don't read them.
I tend to see more impatience on the board
when a number of noobs shows up the same week and they get more flamed than informed.
Some noobs are just plain stupid and others are truly looking for good information to keep them safe while they try to navigate this endeavor.
What if:
You create a cut and paste so you have a
consistent clear cut answer for these questions, especially regarding being too young and why it could be damaging to engage aas. Make a sticky titled
"You are to young" and explain in detail why. Or "This is what you need to have before you start." Just an example. I am sure that you can lay it out much better that I ever could.
Use these stickies to cut and paste into Noobs questions to keep the informationconsistent and current.
Work together and agree on what is the best information to instruct or lead a noob properly.
That would save alot of time and give good comprehensive information to a youngster seeking info. Hopefully this could prevent many young athletes from making mistakes that could have long term ramifications.
And to add one thing more hopefully it would turn several people away from asa
and they would choose not to follow this path.
