Wow! Congratulations! That's certainly no small feat to not only achieve that level of body fat/lean body mass, but to do so with digestive disorders must have been quite the challenge! Much respect. :bigok:
 
for those of you interested in keeping up with karen, she placed 2nd at the iron man... we feel there was some obvious biased judging... there is controversy going on and inquires are being filed to sort it out... ill put up pics and let you guys decide who you think looked better...

but womens physique has never been 100% fair.. we are dusting it off and moving forward to prep for next year
