Could thyroid and adrenal problems cause ED on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) even when T and E2 are great?

Absolutely, even bad cholesterol can give you ED

Just so you know IMT has some really good Adrenal and Thyroid programs from a highly certified ND from the Univ of PITT which is a very highly touted school for that stuff.

She is also a registered dietician.

Det is right. I am hypothyroid and have suffered from adrenal fatigue and I have had some ED issues from it.

I still have ED and my T and E2 are great. What tests/bloodwork should I consider to see what other causes could be the culprit? I would love to get off the Cialis.

Maybe Det can chime in here but I would do a saliva adrenal test, test SHBG, and a full thyroid panel to include Free T3, Free T4, TSH.

I agree, also reverse T3 and DHEA S, blood. And 4 point saliva cortisol
