I started TRT and serious weight loss last Fall. On 11/22/16 I weighed 236.5# . At my lowest weight, and while fine tuning my TRT, weight was 208#.
My belly went from 44" to 40" and my chest (moobs) from 45.25" to 40.25" . Calorie target was 1770/day
I spent not nearly enough time stabilizing at 210#, got impatient and confidently jumped into 1st blast. 500TE/400Eq/500hcg/1.5mg anastrazole
Weight 210, now 224.5#

Granted some of these exercises were tweaked mid blast so apples vs oranges a bit but anyway...
Cable Bench (jumping forward 2 weeks for accurate comparison )

At about 3000cals/day, I gained 15#s in 14 weeks and an inch on my belly, so I feel like I over fed, as I wanted to.
Stuff I learned includes:
Ease up on the calorie ramp. I didn't really feel the kick until week 6 ish . I gained way too much weight in that 1st month than necessary.
For me, a good workout partner is important. I made way more workouts than she did, but my workouts were stronger with her than without.
I monitored my blood pressure, did extra bloodwork, take responsibility for my decisions and wisely now will cruise for a while.
Not all wives n girlfriends appreciate your extra libido! LOL. Add lube to your suppliment inventory.
And here's a simple test: if you can't even handle the troubles that come with ordering gear, ..... you're not ready to blast. ;-)
