Here's my roadmap. Holding my TRT steady (but a bit high at 200mg) and frontloading the tren-e with tren-a to a peak level of 350mg, and then the reverse at the end of the blast for a quick fall back to TRT.

Anastrazole at 1.5mg/wk, caber at 0.5mg/wk, NAC & my normal supps. Dropped Tadalafil for now.

Yes, this is my first trenner. I think I've got everything in order, including emotional support! Just in case shiz gets cwazy!

Also update: skipped legs today for my back recovery. Did biceps instead. Not only do I now know what tren cough feels like but man I was winded easy. Already. Didn't expect that so soon. All went well tho. Spent some time doing back stretching too. Been here, done this before.

Good tri day. Reworked my 5x5 charts as I had stalled on many exercises. Time to get them moving again!

Last set of angle bench 255x3. Not happy with the number but left it all 'on the bench'
Got my last set of skulls up to 100 x5 again. Happy there.
Last set of cable tri's 135x5. Lots of intensity. Nice.

Arms now burning from da pump. I miss that. I can get sore on TRT, but don't get this 'muscles are killing me as I leave the gym' impact.

Improving protein % : Sunday 30, yesterday 35% (did a bunch of traeger meets last weekend once off my back)
Speaking of, zero lower back issues today. Went in tight up the right lat again, but left feeling great!

What's the pic? That's a scary looking stack up equaling 325# which I was able to do SIX CLEAN SQUATS :) lower back good. Right lat still tender. Yeah Ben-gay

Weight 221.5 so even with my cals good n steady around 2650 - 2800 weight is increasing. Water weight im sure (not having run tren before) levels should be about 80% of peak already. Definitely feeling the impact on cardio. Big time sweating and huffing n puffing. Phew!
 
3rd pin in about 5hrs. Experienced trouble falling asleep last nite but didn't want to take any 'helpers' as I had to get up earlier than normal. That probably explains my lack of intensity and general feeling of exhaustion half way thru my biceps day :-( happens. We move on.

Also noted a bit of increased melancholy. My AI is incorrect above. My theory was to continue dosage as per TRT which is actually 0.25 MWF. And then add the 0.25 caber Sun & Wed. ....with increase in AI if needed..... and I think I already need. Maybe I'll go to AI 0.25 eod for a bit and if still noting symptoms then 0.5 M,W,F. (Or maybe just go straight to the 0.5 MWF NOW! )

My weight is already 222 with no increase in cals, so water, water, water. 3#s in 4 days. Hmmmm. I'd like to keep more control of that for this 1st week. Not let it just run wild like on my last blast.

Tonite I get better sleep!!! Tomorrow is another day!
 
Tren and good sleep.....good luck there brother. I seldom sleep longer than 3 hours at a time. And just wait until the sweats come. FYI better invest in a few more pillows. Quite often after waking up to pee, I come back to bed, change out my pillow and throw a towel on the bed where my upper body was. Once I wake up I can't stand laying on wet anything.
Of course the masteron doesn't help me I'm sure.

it helps. I only do a half tab (and never every day) or I wake up all fuzzy headed. My sleep/work schedule is upside down most folks so sleeping thru, during the day, is never easy. Dogs, kids, ups trucks: noise n light. Slept thru today tho. Was a good solid sleep. :) good times!

Triceps day. As some know, my bench progress had stalled and then began slipping after the last blast. So today I decided to change it up. Still following my 5x5 chart, but went straight to bench, did 1st set 155x5, and then jumped straight to last set. Realized I had set the stops one peg too high, so I refer to these type of sets as 'short strokes'. 260x8. Felt strong. Then felt bad for not doing them correctly, so took a breath, got back under at correct peg setting and did another 260x6! Then proceeded 'down the chart' 235x5, 210x4, 185x4... and I was d o n e! Toast! (250 was last best ever I believe before I got stuck)

Went thru my cable tri's, cable flys and db flys in an attempt to beat the piss out of my chest. In the process, my arm pump is excruciating :-o. Much better intensity tonite. Grrr.

Note: my weight is up another TWO POUNDS! 224# I'm upping my Anastrazole from 0.75/wk to 1.5/wk. I have lots of quartered pills so I'm gonna do 0.25 ed except Sunday.

To summarize: 3 pins in. Theoretically at 93% of peak blood levels. Will hit peak in another 4 days.
I'm up 5lbs in 5 days. 2606 Ave daily cals. Carbs 42%, fat 25%, pro 33%

Some sweats, some insomnia, some pip, only 'cough' once. (Put that in brackets cuz was not actually cough but more like throat tightening. Just once. Not serious)

Nice weekend 'off'. Chores, winterizing, lots of sleep, a dinner with friends (didn't beat up my diet too bad). Band practice.

Tonite leg day. Alone.
Weight 224. Still. Much more comfortable with that than gaining a pound a day right off the chocks.
Pin #5 in the morn. Rotating sites, pip all but one time. Stuff is a bit 'hot'. Not gimping, just noticeable.
Darn close to peak now. The tren train has left the station! I didn't want to make da call friday, but another strong gym day tells me yup. Also note: sweat just drinking a warm cup o tea, still winded easily (hafta remind myself to breathe deeper at band practice or I run out of air), and tho I swore to keep my lips shut 1st decent pissing match with wifee. She knows how to push my buttons of course since we've been married since Abraham parted the waters. I gotta not engage! She instantly blames it on my TRT. I know. Not a new story, right? Good times! Lol!

Weekend Cals not bad. Never broke 3000. Macros also decent. Saturday best actually.

So on to da squats. 200x6, 235x6, 265x6, 300x6, 335x8!!! That's a new high for me :)
Did my shrugs. Doubled my cardio. About half my weighted lunges and my back got tense so I packed it in. Sweat soaked. Happy.

Since you are now injecting the worlds strongest anabolic steroid, have you considered working out at a more complete gym? I know work set up is convenient, but given that you've seriously upped your AAS routine it may be time to up your gym game.

Very fair question. Yes, I am considering. Just need my schedule to....... you know what? That's just an excuse! I need to get off my azz and make the jump. My workout partner is loosing some intensity. I can sense it. Called my nephew to check on his gym. Called on another company/off site one that is said to have real equipment. I need to get over there and check it out too! I've got a couple weeks off work coming soon (as soon as this week in fact) which will require my visiting another gym. Frigging expensive locally tho. Man, what happened to the $20/month gyms? Right now the biggest, closest gym to my house has a sale at $55/month! !! :-o. Golds went out of business. 24hr sux near me.

Thanks for the kick in the pants. I know you're right. I've just been ignoring the inevitable.
 
I went to LA fitness in Everett area by the mall last year from March thru June. It was very adequate. The 24 hr that's closest was good too. Albeit spendy considering I go to a golds where I live for 20/ month. I'm a charter member so it's cheaper. I bought my membership when they were building the gym, they had. Little area in a strip mall using that until the main gym was finished

But while convenience is nice, the right equipment is worth 15min drive. I have a friend opening up a gym 3 min from my house. It's only about 2500 Sq ft and will be channeled toward serious lifters and competitors. I'm afraid it'll be too small to have everything everything i want even though it'll have ice stuff. For the time being I'll maintain 2 memberships.
Unless you're satisfied with your current progress Duffer I do believe it's time to upgrade

For this amount of exertion, pain, sides and money (and risk btw) I want EVERYTHING I can squeeze out of my busted pos body ;-)

I did my 1st 3 sets of dB curls standing (I try to mix these up week by week) 30sx5, 35sx5, 40sx5. Then did the last two preacher. 45sx5 and 50sx8 :) feeling powerful. Trying tho to be smooth, controlled, and not injured! Lol! Back was cooperative today.

Other of note: wide lat pulldowns on the cable (the ones where I hafta chain myself to the bench and use my partner as ballast teehee)
196x6, 225x6, 260x5, 290x5..... and then whilst trying to figure up how many dbs to stack on the cables, screwed up and had 335 when the chart called for 325.... and partner would not let me fix my mistake! Gotta love her! And did 335x5 barely. :) I'm sure the heavy set dude on the elliptical was confused/annoyed/freaked when I bobbed myself, the bench and my ballast on every pull of the plates ;-) I tell her, "climb aboard. We're going for a ride"

DB rows was 100x6, 100x7, 100x8, 100x9, 100x10. Definitely needed some breathers between those sets.

Eventual sleep was good. Trying to get a handle on the sweats trigger. Just for info. Need to pay more attention to what I've ate a few hours before. I've actually been cold a couple times lately too. That's unusual for me.

Mental libido is Increased but physically. ... not so cooperative. Not unexpected tho. Mrs. Old Duffer is just fine with that.

5th pin done, beginning the phase out of the tren-a that was used for initial ramp up as the tren-e is almost peaked now. 5 more eod pins (while tapering down tr-a to zero) and I switch to twice weeklys for the middle of this protocol.
