I've been working with a 4,4,2,2 rep scheme for deadlifts for the past 8 weeks, adding 10 lbs per set. I have never had a deadlift plateau since I began them almost a year ago, so I do not feel it is necessary to DL off of plates or do rack pulls just yet. Any suggestions for a routine overhaul for my next 8 weeks? Prior to this I tried 3x10, 3x8 and I did 3x6 for the longest time. Thanks.
