What does everyone here do for time off? Please list your experience level too...

I'm on my first go right now with test e 500mg/week.

I've heard conflicting opinions and it seems that since I'm not doing a ton of damage to my body with just testosterone, that time off does not need to be THAT long (like 4-8 weeks or something.

So pretty much, if bloodwork comes back within all normal ranges after pct, no harm in going back on?

there is no definitive answer for this question.............you should use the time on = time off rule as a guideline.

I Just have to ask....why?

I know that it takes time for hormones to balance and you definitely want to take extra time off if your running harsh orals or other drugs.
..is time off = time on just a broscience guesstimate for people that don't want to get bloodwork done?

To be honest I did a 9 week cycle of omnadren250 and I had 5 weeks off before I started my next cycle but as of now doin big cycles at 12 weeks I always have 10 weeks off,, remember pct is very important !!

yes........although just cause your bloods are back to normal doesnt mean its ok to go again...........you should give your body time to run at normal levels

there are 2 rules that people break........when they do they are risking more health issues due to AAS use

#1 running too much gear for too long
#2 not using the time on time off rule

I agree with Det Oak, I don't wanna have to run testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at a later time in my life because I was to anxious to get back on and couldnt give my body time to get started after every cycle. And I definately agree that I wanna start blasting away as soon as possible myself but I do feel that the body needs time to run on it's own..

most cycles 12 weeks on. Then wait about 14 days to even start pct then another few weeks for actual post cycle therapy (pct).

in your opinion, does this rule begin the last injection day or the last day of pct to start counting "time off"?

"Time on" includes time of last inject till end of PCT.

Well screw that I just done an 11 week cycle start clomid in 4 days & gonna start a new cycle in 9 weeks from today..
So post cycle therapy (pct) 21 days clomid then 6 weeks off then back ON !!
