Time to train right. (Upping-weights)

Ok, it's about fucking time i get this right.

I've been basically stuck at the same gay weights for awhile now. I've tried adding weight before but i was add wayyyyy to much, like 30-40 lbs on lifts and then only getting like 1 rep out.

So *smack* it's time to suck up the ego and do what's proper, I only added 10 lbs to my bench this week and i got out the same reps (with perfect form except for last rep). Next week im gonna add 5lbs (i've gotta buy some 2.5lbs plates) and im gonna keep adding whatever i can.

It may not seam like much, but it'll really add up over a year.

*smacks self again, and kickes ego in the balls*.

Just thought i'd share my about-damn-time self revelation.

Peace

You're doing the right thing. I see so many guys in the gym that are stuck on the same weight because they are going to heavy. When I was starting out, I would try to add 2.5 or 5 lbs. to each exercise every couple of weeks. If you push yourself you can do it, but once you get to a certain point gains come at a slower rate.
