timing of meals

Hello all,
I have 6 meals a day ranging from 130-to max 300 calories. I usually wait 3 hours however sometimes I have trouble waiting the full 3 hours. What is the minimum time one should wait between meals. If I am hundrgy when I am approaching 2 hours can I eat. Open to your thoughts.
 
There is no true optimal timing. Timing before and after a workout is all you really need to worry about.

I suggest you have 4 or 5 meals instead....you feel more satisfied this way. Having 4 meals and snacking on veggies throughout those meals is the best thing to do.

If you have trouble waiting three hours your body is not satisfied.....eat fewer bigger meals with veggies in between. Some ladies even do 3 meals and veggies and shakes inbetween.

The 6 meal a day thing used to be huge in bodybuilding but it has recently been discredited.
