Timing of supplements

I am taking a multivitamin, glutamine, amino, calcium/magnesium/potassium, ginseng, b6, glucosamine supplemet. Is their any advice anyone can give me on how frequent, what times of the days, and amounts i should be taking.
I am 265 i do extremes amount of cardio due to my specified sport of
fighting. I am wondering is there any other supplements i might want to add.
Also does it make a difference if it is in liquid or pill form. Any advice would be much appreciated.
