Tiny guns!!!

Hey, guys. I in some serious need for some advice on my arms. I really think they are lagging. I see guns my same size and weight with arms that are just enormous. I don't know how they do it though. They need to get a good three inches bigger to be proportional with my shoulders and the rest on my body. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem or if you guys had some helpful advice for me. I am seriously starting to consider some mild expose to synthrol. I just don't know how guys that are 5'4" and weight 160lbs have ripped 20" arms. I really wanna know.
 
I will add that I cycle regularly, and that I am 170lbs @ 5'4" @ 10%BF. I am very close to my diet and training regularly.
 
i find that my arms grow really well from all the pulling exercises i do for back training. seated underhand cable rows really hit em for me
 
Yeah, I really think all those kinds of compounds do a lot more for the arms than endless sets of curls. You can move a ton more weight in those lifts than you can curl. Weighted chins especially do very well for me.
 
Yea, I put back and arms in the same day. I hit back very hard, and my arms actually get tired befor my back does, becasue of all the pulling. I do deadlifts all the time (they are crutial), weighted chins, bent over barbell row, all the big ones. Then afeter all that I hit biceps hard. I lift very heavy 6-8 reps. My entire workout lasts about 50min, and my diet is strait. I think it might be genetics, i dunno, because Im going by the book.
 
If your gym is anything like mine, most of the guys have big arms compared with the rest of their body... because all they ever train is arms and chest, and have been doing that for years. Yes, it's pathetic, and I hate my gym... but maybe post up some pics of yourself for us to have a look at, we can give you some feedback.
