If you cut off you calories and diet hard. Really crash diet! Normally I disagree with and crash dieting. It's a temporary fix. But with a good cal cut and several hrs a day of cardio and maybe some above mentioned products. You can make it. Maybe or maybe not weight. But tape surely.
