Too Much Cardio?

Just gettin' back at it as I have packed on the pounds over the years since getting married, kids and such.
Is it possible to do too much cardio? Last night I ran on treadmill for 25 minutes in the afternoon and repeated that in the evening. Today I ran for about 15 minutes then later ran about a mile. I totally changed my eating habits and want to get back to the way I was. I know cardio is the main key that's why i'm trying to get as much in daily as possible.

How you eat is probably the most important. Follow a strict diet, but remember to give yourself a cheat meal every once in a while. Don't go too crazy, and keep it up with the cardio.. If you are comfortable with that and it doesn't seem too much for you then do that for a while and slowly try and build it up a little. Try doing your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, maybe take an ECA stack with your diet and exercise, and if you stick to it in good time you will be rewarded with good results.

Good luck my man.

I actually feel better already after just a few days. Gonna take some dedication but i'm determined to get back into shape. I'm pretty knowledgable about everything so I just need to take what I know and stick to it. Already completely changed my diet as to that was the main problem. Gonna slowly get into serious liftin as my body gets used to the weights again. Thx fellas.

Should I wait a while to start getting serious about supplements again? Just takin my protein shakes right now. I got some NoXplode and some Hot Rox. Or should I go ahead and take the fatburners now or start takin everything now.

Guess i'll start takin' the Hot Rox on monday and the NoXplode as well. Unless I should wait til I start makin normal gains then take NoXplode to boost them.

Would be silly of me to use the real thing just getting back after being off for so long? Have lots of gains to make back naturally before I even think about the real thing.
