Too much clomid has the opposite effect

I heard that they use clomid to keep people sort of castrated somehow. Is this true, what dosage would do this. A doctor buddy of mine mentioned this when I told him I took clomid to help my nuts out.

Deca is used for chemical castration, never heard of clomid being used for that. Can you fucking imagine the world of pussy criminals it would create?
