top 5?

I think I can honestly say that in my life I have never given any rational thought to what I would consider to be the top 5 movies of all time that I have seen...I guess I'll have to do some thinking.

I think I would have to pick some more serious movies to be the best of all time. There are a lot of comedies that I like, but most comedies aren't "great" movies IMO; they just provide us with some relief...

"Schindler's List" comes to mind

"City of God" was a pretty cool movie. Foreign film about a kid who grows up to be a big member of the mob and is the most powerful drug dealer (and murderer) in brazil. It's something refreshingly different from most American films, where the ending is often predictable.

You come on some good threads Bell. This one is as tough as if to ask who was the best QB of all-time.

1. Where the Buffallo Roam, story of Hunter S. Thompson by Bill Murray
2. Enter the Dragon
3. Colors
4. The Wall
5. Reservoir Dogs or Pulp Fiction, to tough to call

it will always change, probably year by year for me, but right now, my fav 5 are:

1) Wedding Crashers
2) Lord of War
3) Man on Fire
4) Schindler's List
5) 40 Year Old Virgin

1. Fear and Loathing
2. 300
3. Kingdom of Heaven
4. Almost Famous
5. Yes Man
6. Anything with Seth Rogen
