Total test is at the bottom of the "acceptable" range.

My numbers after bloodwork last week are:
Free Test 78.4
Total Test 366.56
SHBG 28

Those are the test related ones. She didn't test E2 or anything. She says I'm good and no test replacement will happen. I am up about 70 points from last december on total test. I still feel effects of low test though.

What are some options I have besides the obvious using Cyp or Enth. Or are there any worthwhile alternatives? BTW I'll be 31 in a couple of months. Thanks in advance for any help.

Get a new doctor first.

Get your LH and FSH tested to start figuring out what is causing your low T. Then you can figure out what your best treatment options are. Read through the forums too for more suggested lab test such as thyroid.

Thank you. She did test thyroid. I dont know the test, but the result was 3.085. I am going for a sleep study next wednesday. Also my body temperature is staying around 97.5. Hypothyroid and low t symptoms are both present.

Went for my sleep study. I will know the results on that shortly. Also she is going to print my entire lab results for me. The numbers I posted above are what the nurse gave me over the phone when I called them.

Yeah my doc said i was NORMAL at 377, but still feel like shit, worry more about everything, and feel like a bitch when not on my trt! So 400 and below needs to be addressed!

Doctors can be sooo frustrating. It's like if the range were 370 to whatever, you'd get treated, but if it were 360 to whatever, you wouldn't. Do they really believe that this imaginary number is like some cliff you fall off of? At 1 ng/dl over normal we should feel fine, but as soon as we're at 1 ng/dl below the symptoms just avalanche on us?? Lol, what a joke. Personally I think your numbers are very low, as I believe the normal range used is actually a misrepresentation of what "normal" actually is. ALWAYS go by how you FEEL. Remember, If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck, it's probably a duck!

Additionally, we are so overwhelmingly exposed to environmental estrogens all the time, it's almost like we are constantly taking a pill to make us feel shi**y (not even joking either). This is why I don't understand the argument that people who have symptoms and are in range or are too young shouldn't go on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). It's like Bi**h!! I'm currently taking HRT in the form of constantly being exposed to environmental estrogens!! Taking testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is just a counter to this in a form that is more visible to the eye, being that it's an injection. But in reality amount of estrogens we are exposed to daily would probably be very similar to say, being in an environment completely free of environmental estrogens but then being injected with a small amount of estrogen weekly or daily. The estrogens ARE getting in to our bodies, it's just in the form or ingesting foods and water with small amounts in them or being in contact with products with estrogen mimicking properties.

Personally, I think a large majority of men would benefit from testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), a much larger number than what most people would think.

I'll know soon what she is going to do. She is the "coolest" doctor I've ever had. So my hopes are up. Until then I'm just going to keep my diet in check and keep zinc and other supplements up. Trying to do things the right way sometimes seems pointless. I'll give the right way a try and then if nothing happens to benefit my test levels, then I will go from there.

What is the tsh range.. If your thyroid levels are out of range it will mess up your testosterone levels.
