Tough to break skin

While trying to pin this morning I had a tough time getting my pin in. Very odd never happened before. Yes it was a brand new pin. I tried a few different areas on my butt. wonder if it was because I was just whimping out a little. Finnaly I just said screw this your getting in there and pushed a little harder.

You are rotating injection sites regularly correct? If you are then yea you probably just needed to push a little harder

I have also noticed that some brands of vial have a tougher top, so the pin gets alot duller after the draw. If it keeps happening try swapping pins after the draw. Or like the guys say push harder

I've noticed that with the glute pins. No worries man, just push harder and all will be well. You'll get used to it after a week and it won't be a concern. Good Luck!

FF you just jogged something in my memory when I was pushing the pin into the vial this morning I was too close to the edge and it was difficult to get it in. So I switched the spot. I bet it dulled the pin just that much.

Hey bro I don't think the needle is the issue, you need to rotate Injection sites. U shouldnt pin in same spot more than once a week bro. With each pin you are shredding thru tissue when it heals scar tissue forms. I beloved this is most likely ur problem. Rotate sites for ex like this..Rglute..L glute ..R quad...L quad. U want least ammount of afar tissue possible!
