I am currently on a cycle which consists of test/dbol/eq
Dbol@40mg/day weeks 1-6
Test@500mg/day week 1-10
EQ@400mg/day week 1-10
my Workout Routine... i lift moderate/ moderatly heavy weight nothing crazy because i had shoulder surgery 6 months ago on august 6th... but where is my routine
Monday-Chest/Tri's
Chest
Flat Dumbell Press - 3 sets
Incline Hammer Strength-3 Sets
Cable Cross Overs or Butterfly Machine -3 sets
Triceps
Skull Crushers - 3 sets
Rope - 3 sets
Cable Push Downs-3 sets - dont know the name
Wednesday Back/Bi's
Back
Deadlifts - 3 sets
Low Row Cable Pull - 3 sets
Lat Pull Downs - 3 sets
Bi's
Preacher Curls - 3 sets
Seated Dumbell Curls - 3sets
Reverse Curls - 3 Sets
Friday Shoulders - (cant do anything behind the head)
Seated Front Shoulder Presses - 3 sets
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press - 3 sets
Seated Side Raises - 3 sets
Reverse Butterfly Machine (rear Delts) - 3 sets
Heavy Dumbell Shrugs - 3 sets
Saturday Legs
(cannot do squats because i cannot get my arm around the bar)
Leg Presses (HEAVY) - 4 Sets
Leg Curls(HAMS) - 3 sets
Seated Calve Raises - 3 sets
Leg Extenstion - 3 sets
anything you guys think i should add or change? should i only workout 1 body part a day ? how should i split???? or is everything fine?
