Training Enough????

I am currently on a cycle which consists of test/dbol/eq

Dbol@40mg/day weeks 1-6
Test@500mg/day week 1-10
EQ@400mg/day week 1-10

my Workout Routine... i lift moderate/ moderatly heavy weight nothing crazy because i had shoulder surgery 6 months ago on august 6th... but where is my routine

Monday-Chest/Tri's

Chest
Flat Dumbell Press - 3 sets
Incline Hammer Strength-3 Sets
Cable Cross Overs or Butterfly Machine -3 sets

Triceps
Skull Crushers - 3 sets
Rope - 3 sets
Cable Push Downs-3 sets - dont know the name

Wednesday Back/Bi's

Back
Deadlifts - 3 sets
Low Row Cable Pull - 3 sets
Lat Pull Downs - 3 sets

Bi's
Preacher Curls - 3 sets
Seated Dumbell Curls - 3sets
Reverse Curls - 3 Sets

Friday Shoulders - (cant do anything behind the head)
Seated Front Shoulder Presses - 3 sets
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press - 3 sets
Seated Side Raises - 3 sets
Reverse Butterfly Machine (rear Delts) - 3 sets
Heavy Dumbell Shrugs - 3 sets

Saturday Legs
(cannot do squats because i cannot get my arm around the bar)

Leg Presses (HEAVY) - 4 Sets
Leg Curls(HAMS) - 3 sets
Seated Calve Raises - 3 sets
Leg Extenstion - 3 sets

anything you guys think i should add or change? should i only workout 1 body part a day ? how should i split???? or is everything fine?
 
wow hold off on the gear and get your workout straight... cant squat? i have bad knees and every other time i squat they give out and the bar comes crashing down but i dont stop NO EXCUSES!!! no squats =no size

i agree...ive had recons on both and i still squat

also whats ur rep range?
 
You should probably not be running gear until you are a little more healed. You do need to concentrate on core moves, i think you are a teen if i remember correctly, you have absolutely ne need for all the isolation stuff. I would do some heavy barbell rows, and do as much free weight stuff as possible. Cable crossovers are as useful as tits on a bull for you.

yeah im 19 right now...i already put 15lbs on...i just started week 4 of my cycle yesterday...feeling great...what do you think i should do instead of the cross overs then??? when i posted this up, i asked people to review my training and see if i should change anything and not tell me to stop what im doing blah blah blah ... no disrespect to anyone though...if i was able to get my arm around to hit my squat then i would hit my squat.

I can tell you right now, isolation work really wont do anything for you that can't be accomplished in half the time with heavy freeweights, especially at your age. Read some of the routines posted above to get a feel.

yes, my bad for the typo....im not a retard i swear...oh and yeah...i do pretty good amount of heavy weight...on dumbell flat presses i use 80lb dumbells, today i inclined 205 10x, skull crushers, dips, all pretty heavy weight.
