training for body types

i could use help on training for my body type i am as ecto morphic as you can get and i have some lagging areas manely my arms and shoulders

im 22 year old male, 6 feet 2 inches tall i weigh 212 ive been training for about 3 to 4 years
 
tris
skull crushers/ or seated over head extensions 4 sets 8-10 reps
pressdowns 4 sets 8 reps
seated dips 3 sets 10 reps
reverse pressdowns 2 sets 10 reps

bis
alternate dumbell curl 4 sets 8 reps
E-Z bar curl 4 sets 8 reps
preacher curls/ or concentration curls 3 sets 8-10 reps
and every other arm workout i do hammer curls


shoulders
i do two presses then two to three isolation movements
 
and i eat every hour and a half. usually whatever i can find eggs, peanut butter, fried chicken, pizza etc. i try to take in 4000 to 5000 calories a day
 
fuck you should be gaining, i dont know what to tell ya if you eat 5000 cals a day and arms are little........idunno

If you are actually consuming 5000 calories a day you should be gaining or your metabolism is like a vampire bat's. Sometimes you may need to slow down and work out a bit less often.
 
i eat every hour and a half to two hours i gained about 35 pounds in a year and thats just plain old training and no anabolics, i want to take them but not till im like 230 or until i have a really good base
 
its not about eatin every two hours , i could be eatin every hour but the matter is wat and how much i eat for this hour !
i think its ur food, eat more.
