At work I turn all sorts of valves, big valves, small valves, valves in hard to reach spaces
Anyways, the big ones are easy to open, they seem to require purely upper chest and tricep muscles.
But my difficulty comes in opening smaller valves, especially ones that are torqued shut, 5inches diameter or less, when there isnt much room for arm movement.
Any ideas on workouts that could make something like that easier? My forearms are strong, but certain angles just don't seem to work.
I need to avoid looking like a pansy and getting out a wrench.
