Training Frequency

I was wondering if anyone runs a split where each bodypart only gets worked every 10-12 days or so.

Does it work well, or is do you "under" train somewhat?
 
Less is not better, its up for you to mark when its to much for youre body. and stay abit under that.
 
12 days off is enough to decondition you. You wouldn't even be able to lift near your max.

Protein synthesis completes within 72 hours. Anything beyond that is recovery from fatigue.
