Training on AAS (Help - First Timer!)

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with hints about training while on my first Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle?
wks 1-2 600mg eq
wks 3-13 300mg eq/ 300mg test cyp
wks 13-16 300 test cyp
... with, of course, the requisite post cycle therapy (pct), HCG 'n stuff...

Training now:
Mon - chest/tris
wed - back/bis
fri - shoulders/legs
- wks 1-3 (12-15 reps, 3 sets)
- wks 4-6 (10-12 reps, 3 sets)
- wks 7-9 (8-10 reps, 4 sets)
- wks 10-12 (4-6 reps, 5 sets)
30 mins cardio on weight days, 2-3 days of 60 mins cardio off-weight days.
week off, repeat (with different excercises)
Without getting into too much detail, this routine has done wonders for me, and hopefully it helps to explain how my body responds to a workload.

I was looking for some advice from those with Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) experience regarding how I'd structure a routine while on my first IM Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) cycle. I have no idea what it will do for my recovery. I'm great with my diet, don't drink, all that good stuff... it's just a new routine pattern I'm looking for.

Any thoughts?
