Training questions

Hey guys I'm trying to loose some BF right now, and I really don't want to do just cardio for the next six weeks or so, How could I supplement a good weight training program along with a good amount of cardio without overworking myself. Alot people I see who post there workouts consisting of both cardio and weight training are critiqued by u guys as overworking themselves so I'm trusting you guys to hook me up with a good program to help me loose some BF that consists of cardio and weight training. Thanx

P.S. Sorry for such a long post just trying to make myself and my goals clear
 
you could do cardio ie treadmill running jogging 2 days out of the week as well as lifts 2 days out of the week with one workout being upper body and the other being lower body that should be good enough as long as your diets right and 4 days should be alright of working out :)
